My family made the move to Holly Springs in 2020, and we have not looked back. I understand how many practical questions a move can bring: daily routines, commute patterns, public resources, local plans, and the kind of place that fits your priorities. Those choices are personal; I focus on helping people find the sources and questions that make the next step clearer.

I have spent the late nights researching ZIP codes, the weekends driving through neighborhoods, and the time wondering whether a move was the right call. That experience is personal to me. It is why I became a REALTOR®, and it shapes how I work with every client.

My background in technology made a gap hard to ignore: property research often begins with too many county sites, too many tabs, and too little context.

That led to ParcelCard, a tool that brings available public-record starting points together across North Carolina counties. It is not a one-click answer—it is a clearer first step, leaving more room for the judgment and human questions that follow.
