What is ParcelCard?

ParcelCard is Estatar's property-research experience. It helps surface available public-record information and useful source links for supported North Carolina counties. Coverage and fields vary by county and property; verify material details with the applicable official source.

Do I need a property record ID to research a home?

No. Start with an address when you have one. A record identifier can help refine a search, but it is not required for ordinary use.

Is a public county assessment the same as market value?

No. A county assessment is an administrative value for tax purposes. It is not a promise of current market value, a list price, an appraisal, or a comparative market analysis.

Can I rely on a listing, event, or guide here as final?

No. Listing availability and price can change, event organizers control their own details, and public or third-party sources can be updated or incomplete. Follow the linked official source and verify facts that matter to you.

Does sending a contact form sign me up for marketing?

No. The contact form is used to respond to your message. Estatar email updates use a separate, affirmative signup and a confirmation email. Every update email includes an unsubscribe option.

What happens if I schedule a conversation?

Scheduling is handled by a third-party booking service. The information you submit there is governed by that service's privacy policy and is used to coordinate the requested appointment.

Does contacting Estatar create a brokerage relationship?

No. A message, tool use, or appointment request does not by itself create an agency, broker-client, fiduciary, or representation relationship. Those relationships require a separate, legally effective agreement.

Does Estatar track me?

Estatar does not offer user accounts or create individual search profiles. Routine hosting and security logs may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it is used for aggregate performance and traffic measurement. See the Privacy notice for details.
