These terms apply to Estatar and ParcelCard. By using either site, you agree to use its information responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Research and education—not professional advice

The sites provide general real-estate research, educational information, and links to public sources. They are not legal, tax, title, insurance, appraisal, inspection, zoning, flood, septic, lending, investment, or other professional advice. Using a site does not create a broker-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Public-record information

ParcelCard organizes available public records and may make live requests to government sources. Those records can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or incorrect. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, currentness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Verify important information directly with the relevant county office and qualified professional before a transaction or decision.

Tools and content

Assessment context, market snapshots, neighborhood guides, articles, and other tools are informational starting points. A county assessment is not market value. Do not treat a site result as the sole basis for an offer, listing, closing, lending decision, or other consequential action.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the sites, attempt unauthorized access, or systematically scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute their data without written permission. Use the sites only for legitimate research and information purposes.

Availability and liability

The sites are provided as available and may change, pause, or be discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estatar and its operator disclaim warranties and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the sites or their information.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as the sites evolve; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
