Who operates Estatar

Estatar is operated by Ray & Rise LLC, 4030 Wake Forest Road, Suite 349, Raleigh, NC 27609. Brokerage services, if offered, are offered through Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. Nothing on this site creates a broker-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or representation agreement. Those relationships arise only through a separate, legally effective agreement.

Research is a starting point, not a promise

Estatar, ParcelCard, guides, articles, market context, assessments, and interactive tools are for general information and educational discussion. Public records, third-party feeds, maps, listings, event details, and linked sources can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or wrong. They are not an appraisal, comparative market analysis, survey, title opinion, legal advice, tax advice, lending advice, inspection, engineering opinion, insurance determination, zoning determination, or a guarantee of any property condition, value, availability, school assignment, permitted use, or outcome.

Verify material facts directly with the applicable county, municipality, listing source, owner, professional, or other authoritative source before making a decision. Do not use the site as a consumer report or for employment, housing eligibility, insurance, credit, tenant screening, or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Listings, events, and outside sources

Featured listings are presented with attribution to the listing source and listing professionals. Asking price, status, features, images, and availability can change; the official listing source controls. Event information is provided for convenience, and the organizer controls its details, timing, eligibility, and any registration or donation terms. Estatar is not the organizer, sponsor, listing broker, or owner unless it expressly says so.

Respectful and lawful use

You may use the site for personal, lawful research. You may not interfere with the service; attempt to bypass security; submit harmful code; use automated means to scrape, harvest, or republish material at scale; use information to harass, discriminate against, or profile people; or use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Copyright and third-party material

Public records, factual data, third-party names, logos, trademarks, listing media, maps, photographs, feeds, and linked content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Availability and liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about accuracy, completeness, security, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estatar and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

The North Carolina mortgage-rate table is supplied by ERATE and may change without notice. The Estatar payment estimate is calculated in your browser. Both are general educational tools, not a loan offer, approval, commitment, or personalized quote. Rates, APRs, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, mortgage insurance, points, lender fees, and borrower qualifications can materially change a payment or available terms.
