Privacy
Last updated September 11, 2026
This policy applies to Estatar and ParcelCard, which are operated together under the Estatar brand. It explains how information is handled when you use either site.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us, request a conversation, or subscribe to a future newsletter, we receive the information you choose to send—such as your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond to you or send the updates you requested. We do not sell personal information.
Property searches and public records
ParcelCard sends a search to its server so it can return matching public property records. We do not require an account and do not create individual search profiles. Property information displayed by ParcelCard comes from available public county and government sources; it is not personal information collected from site visitors.
Technical data and service providers
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, and request logs, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the sites. We do not use this information to sell advertising audiences or build marketing profiles.
Analytics and email updates
Estatar does not currently operate a newsletter signup form or third-party analytics beacon. Before MailerLite or Cloudflare Web Analytics is activated, this policy will be updated to name the service, explain its role, and describe the relevant choices available to visitors.
Links to other sites
Both sites link to county offices, public-source websites, and other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as the sites and services evolve. For privacy questions, email contact@estatar.com.
